We don't post job openings. We read what you send.
There is no list of roles on this page, and that is deliberate. We are small enough that the right person defines the job, not the other way round. Tell us what you would build and we will work out where it fits.
Engineers, designers, field operators,
and whoever you turn out to be.
Software that tells a
business the truth
about itself.
Relynked measures what actually happens inside a business: what came in, what moved, who signed for it, what was sold, and where the two stop agreeing. We started with bars and restaurants in Nigeria and we are building outward from there, into retail, pharmacy, hotels and anything else that moves goods and money.
The work is unusually concrete. You will not be optimising a funnel. You will be standing in a kitchen at nine at night watching someone use the thing you built, finding out it is wrong, and fixing it before Friday.
Five things that are
true about working here.
We are early
Small team, real customers, not much money. If you need a large organisation around you to do your best work, this will frustrate you and we would rather say so now.
You will meet the users
Everyone goes to site. Engineers, designers, everyone. You cannot build for a storekeeper you have never watched work, and we do not let people try.
Opinions need reasons
Seniority does not win arguments here. Bring the reasoning and you will be heard on day one. Bring only the conclusion and you will be asked for the rest.
Built in Nigeria, for here first
Not a foreign system with Naira signs pasted on. Power cuts, transfers that may never land, buying with no paper. If that context excites you rather than worries you, good.
We ship
Ideas are cheap and we have plenty. What we value is the person who takes one and puts it in front of a real user this month.
What actually gets
our attention.
We have no degree requirement and no minimum years. We do have a bar, and this is it, stated plainly so you can judge yourself against it before spending your time.
Six questions.
Ten minutes.
This form is the way in, and it is deliberately not a one-click apply. We read every single one, and we reply to every one either way.
Your name as you would like it used in a reply.
We reply to every application, so this needs to be somewhere you actually read.
Pick as many as apply, or pick the last one. "Not sure yet" is a real answer and it costs you nothing here.
A link to anything: a repo, a site, a design, a document, a shop you ran. If it lives offline, describe it in one line instead. Leave it blank only if you truly have nothing to point at.
This is the question we actually read. What was broken, what you did, and what happened after. Plain words, no polish needed.
Look at our site, our products, the way we describe ourselves. Tell us one thing you would change and why. We are not testing whether you agree with us. We are testing whether you looked.
Nothing is sent until you press the button.
That's with us.
A person will read it, not a filter. You will hear back either way, usually within a week. If we think there is something here, the next step is a conversation, not another form.
